firmware 2.2.1

This update contains minor bug fixes and stability improvements including:

– Improved general stability of Safari
– Fixed issue where some images saved from Mail do not display correctly in the Camera Roll

Doesn’t looked major enough to hurry for the update.

SMSCounter v1.2

Minor changes in this version. Mainly to attempt to fix up bugs:

  • Added cycle option which allows the app to automatically set the from date to the day of the month when telco start counting sms quota
(some thing, touch the icon which will now toggle 3 states)
  • Attempt to fix (hopefully) some problem recognizing country codes resulting in not many names on the “Select Person” page
  • Crashing problem (Would greatly appreciate if those having problems previously let me know whether this fix it)
  • Fix problem with long names on the chart view

Call Counter

There’s a new version to Call Counter (v2.0)

Major changes in the new version(v2.0):

    • No longer restricted to the 100 recent call history limitation
    • Simpler interface
    • Saving of all the settings
    • Fixed bugs with name not showing on the person filter
    • Exclusion period filter feature

Just did up a Call Counter app.

The idea is similar to SMS Counter except this counts the durations of incoming/outgoing calls. Take note that this app will show the duration with *each* call rounded up to the nearest minute.

      Copy and Paste on iPhone

Somebody managed to have system-wide Copy and Paste on iPhone. (Clippy on cydia)

Works for fields with editable text i.e. it should be some field where you could touch and the textbox will come up for you to input text.

That’s to say that, you can’t really copy text from safari. But I’m pretty sure there’s a way to create a bookmark with some javascript that enable this
